Unfortunately, this is pretty much standard form for Troutman views - they bought images en masse, and sorted out what they were looking at later. What is interesting is that their purchasing agent in France had access to some pretty amazing images - unfortunately, many of these images came with no context, and when the context was not readily available, they captioned them which would likely not be questioned by their non-military American audiences.
This is not an albatros. It’s a DFW CI , a German 2 seat reconnaissance aircraft. The engine cowling has been removed and the chap standing in the cockpit appears to be fiddling with the radiator on the top wing.
